In rare occasions, it is possible that the notification emails we're sending to your email address is bouncing. This can happen for several reasons, the most common ones being:
1. Your email storage is full and can not receive any new emails, or,
2. There is some sort of misconfiguration with your email domain's MX records.
If that happens, please do the following:
1. Use the inquiry form and let us know that you've made a purchase but has not received your account details.
2. In that message, please share the email you made a purchase with, and another email address where we can reach you, e.g. @gmail.
3. Once you receive access to your account and license details, consider changing your email address to one that can receive emails, or, resolve any misconfiguration issue with the email address which prevents it from receiving any email.
